We measure success by what ships, not by how the proposal read. Everyone on the team writes configuration, reviews data, or talks directly to clients.
Named ownership
Every program has one accountable lead. No rotating bench, no diffusion of responsibility when something needs to get fixed.
Depth over platform count
We hire for real depth on Salesforce, Creatio, or HubSpot rather than shallow familiarity with all three.
